The burger is a quarter pound of beef before cooking, around 113 grams, topped with melted cheese in a bun. The spirals are curly potato fries, crisp at the edges and soft in the middle.

Spirals or fries?

Spirals are cut in a coil, so each piece has more edges and more crispy bits than a straight chip. They hold sauce well and stay crunchy a little longer, which is why plenty of people prefer them with a burger.
